Purpose: What do we process your data for? 

For the purposes of the GDPR of 27 April 2016, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, we will process the data we collect for the following purposes: 

 

  • To contact you if you ask us to do so. 
  • To manage your browsing on the website, if applicable. 
  • To send you commercial communications about our products and services. 
  • For this purpose, the User will be provided with a contact form, the completion of which will entitle the interested party to access and enjoy certain services offered on the website. 
  • However, the User will be informed of the use that will be made of the data obtained on all contact forms and, if they are to be used for a different purpose, said consent will be obtained previously and expressly.

Retention: How long do we keep your data for? 

If you are a customer, we will retain your personal data for at least 5 years, with a view to strict compliance with the legal obligations set out in the regulations in force. 

If you are not a customer, we will keep your data for the minimum time necessary to manage our relationship. 

 

Rights: What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Our services are not specifically aimed at children under the age of fourteen. In the event that they are, we will request the consent of the parents or guardians for the collection of personal data or, where appropriate, for the automated processing of the data in accordance with article 7 of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
